- DTF transfers and ready-to-press designs
- Custom and personalized apparel
- Made-to-order products
- Items ordered in the wrong size, color, or quantity
- Changes of mind after placing an order

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
DTF Transfer Application
Proper application is essential for successful DTF transfers. Little Mountain Boutique is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect heat press settings, application methods, or garment care.

Orders cannot be canceled once production or processing has begun.
